CDM, a Microsoft ISV partner, markets and implements CDM Optimize Pharma, its own vertical for the pharmaceutical industry built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, and the CDM Flexible CRM business application framework, its own proprietary platform developed through more than 20 years of CRM experience in the Nordic Region. CDM is situated in the Greater Copenhagen area with a development Center in the Ukraine.

About the Founder, Steven Hoffman

Steven Hoffman is a leader in applied innovation.  His unique combination of business acumen and emotional intelligence allows Steven to skillfully navigate unknown situations that may often be political or emotionally charged.  Steven has an international reputation for designing and facilitating complex Board and executive team meetings.  Clients consistently comment on his unusual ability to engage audiences in order to deliver an elegant solution that can unify the commitment of the entire team.  Steven says it’s his ability to infuse creative collaboration into the process of solving complex business problems that is at the cornerstone of his success.

 

Prior to founding Human Synergy, Steven was a co-founder and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for WE software.   He graduated with highest honors and departmental citations in both Economics and Psychology from the University of California at Davis, and is a Phi Beta Kappa recipient.
